Damian is an experienced chartered architectural technologist, chartered building engineer, and certified building surveyor with over 27 years of experience in various architectural and multi-discipline engineering practices, including pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, and food processing projects within RDS Deutag, AKER Solutions, CB&I, Worley Parsons, Jacobs Engineering, WSP/CEL Process and Industrial Engineering, BG Architecture, and PRC Architects. Damian has extensive experience in all areas of architecture, including commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and residential sectors. His expertise encompasses the preparation of architectural packages for regulatory and planning applications, extensive detailing knowledge, construction drawings, schedules, and specifications, as well as managing various projects and client liaison. Damian has held roles as a nominated Design Office Manager/Director with PRC Architects, Project Architect, and BG Architecture throughout his career. Damian studied Architecture at Oxford Brooks University through the RIBA Office based examination process.

Ian has over 25 years’ experience as a professional Planner across both the private and public sector throughout Ireland and the UK,  Ian began his career as an Urban Planner with The National Building Agency Ltd, writing development plans and design briefs for various Local Authorities across Ireland. Following a three-year period assessing planning applications for Wexford County Council, Ian moved to the private sector as a Planning Executive for Tesco guiding the roll out of new Tesco stores through the planning process across Ireland. Ian has been in private practice for the last 15 years with a specific focus on the delivery of large housing schemes. Ian also works as a fee per case inspector with An Bord Pleanála.

With a role as accounts manager at Engenuiti, Isla brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her proficiency spans across various domains, including financial management, budgeting, and the art of nurturing robust client relationships. Isla’s skill for ensuring adherence to industry standards and her prowess in optimising financial processes, underscore her commitment to excellence. Stella is a civil & structural engineer with over 4 years’ experience in both Ireland and Brazil, gathered from various disciplines including structural design, civil engineering works, and site management. Brian Sexton is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across Ireland’s public and private sectors. As Principal Engineer at Engenuiti, he brings a rare depth of technical expertise and strategic project leadership, spanning healthcare, water services, education, and commercial developments.

Brian has held senior roles with organisations such as HSE Capital & Estates, Irish Water, Cork City Council, and John O’Donovan & Associates (JODA). At JODA, he served as Senior Project Manager and Design Engineer, leading the design and delivery of major public and private infrastructure, including laboratories, retail centres, care facilities, and educational institutions.

His project portfolio includes the €200M CUH Paediatrics Development, the €84M Surgical Hub, upgrades to Cork’s Lee Road Water Treatment Plant, and structural design work for SuperValu, Dunnes Stores, and UCC’s Plant Science building.

Brian is a Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland, the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), IOSH, and CIWEM, and holds advanced qualifications in water services management, structural engineering, project management, and workplace safety.

Reon is a fully registered RIAI Architect and Construction Professional with over 20 years of international experience in delivering award-winning architectural projects. Based in Cork, he brings a robust blend of design leadership, technical precision, and construction contract expertise to complex residential, educational, and institutional developments.

He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through all project stages—from early concept design through procurement and construction—to final handover. His approach is grounded in client collaboration, best-value design, and rigorous compliance with legislative frameworks. Reon is also adept in BIM-led workflows (Revit), project strategy, and risk mitigation.

Prior to relocating to Ireland, Reon was a Director at Activate Architecture in South Africa, where he delivered landmark projects such as the Lebone II College and multiple award-winning buildings for Sol Plaatje University. He has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, where he championed sustainable design and circular construction practices.

Reon is a Member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (MRIAI), a PMI-Certified Construction Professional, and a Green Building Accredited Professional.

Alanne is a versatile architectural designer with 10 years of professional experience in residential and educational projects. Since 2019, Alanne has been contributing to the Irish construction sector, supporting the architectural team through all phases of the design process, including concept design, planning applications, construction detailing, and the development of BIM templates and library. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion 3D Rendering and SketchUp.

This specialism is invaluable to the office during the early design and conceptual stages of our projects.
